Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven B2B Telesales Executives with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will engage with business clients internationally, understand their requirements, and present our products/services convincingly to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients and generate leads.

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Understand client needs and present solutions persuasively.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

• Provide feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).

• Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to listen actively and understand client requirements.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
