We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and maintaining positive relationships while ensuring timely recovery.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for payment collection
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
Negotiate repayment plans with customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Address customer queries related to outstanding dues
Achieve assigned collection targets
Escalate critical cases to the concerned department
✅ Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Strong convincing skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
💼 Preferred Skills:
Experience in tele-calling, collections, or customer service
Familiarity with financial products (loans, credit cards, etc.)
