We are looking for a Admin cum Tele calling Excutive to join us team Artics Animation Institiute. ob Responsibilities
Telecalling & Student Counseling
Call inquiry leads and provide information about courses.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups until admission is completed.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Administrative Responsibilities
Handle front office and student inquiries.
Maintain student records and admission documentation.
Manage attendance, reports, and office files.
Coordinate with faculty and the admissions team.
Prepare receipts, forms, and basic administrative reports.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and admission events.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic computer and internet skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
