
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel sheets.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Report call outcomes and feedback to the team leader/manager.

Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language as required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

📚 Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
