Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and respond to enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online platforms
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders
• Share quotations, designs, catalogues, and required information with clients
• Conduct telecalling and client follow-ups
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Support business development through outreach, invitations, WhatsApp campaigns, and networking
• Maintain enquiry and follow-up records
• Assist in generating new leads and business opportunities
Requirements:
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident on calls and client interactions
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Web)
• Must own a laptop and smartphone
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
• Sales, telecalling, or customer service experience will be an advantage
