Tele calling Executive (Female) – Interior Design
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Tele calling Executive to join our Interior Design company in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in tele calling or sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on existing leads.
Explain the company's interior design services professionally.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to increase conversions.
Update customer information and call records in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tele calling, Sales, or Customer Support.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel); CRM experience is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Home Decor, or related industries is preferred.
