Roles & Responsibilities••
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company open plot projects (location, pricing, highlights, approval details).
Generate leads by identifying interested buyers and updating lead status in CRM.
Follow up with warm leads regularly to convert enquiries into site visits.
Provide complete project information to customers and answer their doubts clearly.
Schedule site visits for the sales team and coordinate timings with customers.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and lead updates.
Convince prospective buyers about investment benefits, growth potential, and project value.
Work closely with the field sales team to ensure lead-to-visit-to-sale conversion.
Share brochures, layouts, Google location, and project videos with customers.
Support the team during weekend site visits and promotional events if required.
Build good rapport with clients and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
Handle incoming calls regarding marketing ads, lead campaigns, and social media enquiries.
Understand customer needs, budget, and requirement before suggesting suitable plots.
Maintain polite, professional, and persuasive communication at all times.
Update CRM / Excel sheets for new leads, follow-ups, status changes, and closures.
Prepare daily or weekly reports for management review.
Assist the sales team with documentation support during bookings.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews.
Share customer feedback for improvement of marketing campaigns.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
