We are looking for a persuasive, high-energy Telecaller to join our growth team. Your primary mission is to connect with homeowners, educate them on the financial benefits of switching to solar, and schedule consultations for our Field Consultants. You are the "first impression" of our company.
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads using our CRM/Auto-dialer.
Lead Qualification: Use a discovery script to identify homeownership, roof suitability, and average monthly utility spend.
Appointment Setting: Overcome initial objections and secure firm appointments for the sales team.
CRM Management: Accurately log call results and update homeowner contact information in [Insert CRM Name, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot].
Pipeline Follow-up: Re-engage with "not ready yet" leads to build a long-term interest pipeline.
Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or debt collection (Solar experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right personality).
Communication: Fluent in [English/Spanish/Local Language] with a professional yet friendly phone demeanor.
Resilience: A thick skin and the ability to maintain a positive attitude after a "No."
Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate CRM software and basic Google Maps (to view roof layouts) simultaneously.
