We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans clearly and confidently.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, database management, and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits for prospective buyers.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build relationships and ensure conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the field sales team and marketing department for campaign support.
Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi, Tamil, etc. as applicable).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
