Job Summary
A Tele Sales Executive in PropEstate Advisors Pvt ltd is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and converting prospects into potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
Handle customer queries professionally
Coordinate with sales managers for closures
Follow up on old leads and nurture prospects
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate projects
Confidence in handling clients over calls
CRM and MS Excel knowledge
Target-oriented approach
Hindi & English speaking preferred
Experience
Fresher to 3 Years preferred
Real estate sales experience is an advantage
Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
