We are looking for a Tele caller Outbound to join our team at Panorama Corporation. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debt Recovery: Contact customers with overdue accounts (contact over telephone, email,

physical meeting with client, Field visit) collecting & updating payments/cheques

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all collection efforts, transactions, and

communications and managing MIS on Excel sheet

• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve past EMI delay and charges discrepancies and

customer payment issues.

• Compliance: Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and legal standards

(like RBI guidelines for loans)

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the collection process.

• Maintain a record of recovery activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
