Customer Support:
Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations related to the loyalty program in a timely and professional manner.
Data Coordination:
Maintain accurate customer records and loyalty program data, ensuring proper documentation and updates in the system.
Campaign Execution:
Support marketing initiatives by coordinating loyalty campaigns, promotions, and communication with customers.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with Sales, Service, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of loyalty-related activities and resolution of discrepancies.
Feedback & Improvement:
