We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can communicate clearly with customers, understand their requirements, and provide accurate information about our products/services. The candidate should be confident, polite, and goal-oriented.
Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per provided data
Explain company products and services clearly
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or confirmations
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Coordinate with sales and support teams when required
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling software)
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
Freshers can apply (experience is an added advantage)
Prior experience in tele calling or customer service
Sales-oriented mindset
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: As per company policy
