We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to handle leads generated through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.) for our Hair Transplant Clinic. The role involves contacting potential patients, understanding their concerns, educating them about our treatments, and converting inquiries into clinic appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with inbound leads generated via social media and digital campaigns
Understand patient requirements related to hair loss, hair transplant, PRP, and other treatments
Explain clinic services, procedures, pricing (as guided), and benefits clearly and confidently
Schedule consultations and appointments for doctors
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel
Perform regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion
Coordinate with marketing and clinic staff for smooth patient onboarding
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable with outbound and inbound calling
Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp, and Excel (preferred)
Target-oriented and persuasive personality
Prior experience in healthcare, cosmetic, hair transplant, or aesthetic clinics is a plus

Experience in telecalling, in sales
Familiarity with handling social media leads
