We are looking to hire 5 confident and result-oriented School Outreach Executives for an exciting Work From Home, B2B Telecalling opportunity.

This is a full-time role from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, where you will work on institutional marketing projects outsourced to EduBiz Networks by our clients.

Currently, we have 5 client projects, and we are looking for 5 dedicated professionals, one for each project.

What will you be doing?

Your primary responsibility will be to cold call schools across India and professionally reach out to:

• School Principals
• School Owners
• Senior Management
• Administrators and other key decision-makers

You will introduce the relevant product, service, programme, or solution on behalf of our client, create initial interest, understand whether there is a potential opportunity, and successfully schedule a virtual meeting between the interested school representative and our client.

Your success will primarily be measured by your ability to create genuine interest and get the relevant decision-maker to participate in a virtual meeting with the client.

This is not just about making calls. It is about opening doors, starting meaningful conversations, overcoming gatekeepers and objections, and creating genuine B2B opportunities.

Transparency in the way we work

All calls will be made through our designated cloud telephony system. This means that call logs, call activity, duration, outcomes, and conversations will be systematically recorded, ensuring complete transparency and accountability for both the employee and the organisation.

These records will also help with training, quality monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Who should apply?

You should have:

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
✔ Confidence to speak with senior school decision-makers
✔ A professional and pleasant telephone presence
✔ Persistence and the ability to handle rejection
✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
✔ Comfort with targets and performance-based evaluation
✔ A reliable laptop or desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment

Experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B lead generation, business development, education sales, EdTech, or school outreach will be an advantage.
