Job Summary:
The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, and fixing appointments for venue-based sales presentations for timeshare products.
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Vacations offers and benefits
· Invite and confirm customer visits to designated sales venues/hotels.
· Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
· Clearly explain promotional offers, gifts, and presentation details
· Maintain accurate customer data and follow up regularly
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
· Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive brand image
