Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for
making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
Explain products/services and generate interest.
Maintain records of calls and customer details.
Follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional).
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge.
