Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential and existing customers, provide information about our services, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain a record of calls, conversations, and customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required.
Handle customer concerns and provide proper solutions.
