Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to candidates regarding overseas job vacancies.

· Explain available job roles, salary packages, eligibility requirements, and recruitment procedures accurately.

· Identify interested candidates and generate quality leads for overseas recruitment.

· Follow up with candidates and coordinate with the recruitment team.

· Maintain candidate details, call records, and follow-up status in the assigned tracker.

· Support candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.

· Work towards assigned calling, lead-generation, and recruitment-conversion targets.

· Communicate professionally.

1. Eligibility & Skills

· Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

· Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English.

· Basic computer, Smartphone, and data-entry skills.

· Confidence in making outbound calls and handling candidate queries.

· A positive attitude, consistency, and willingness to work towards targets.

· Previous telecalling, sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is an advantage.

· Candidates must have a smart phone & Laptop

2. Freelance Telecaller

· Flexible freelance engagement, subject to agreed deliverables and coordination.

· No fixed monthly salary; earnings are entirely performance-based.

· Incentives are paid for successful recruitment conversions, as defined in the agreed payout terms.

· Suitable for self-motivated individuals seeking flexible earning opportunities.

· Consistent performers may be considered for future office-based employment, subject to business requirements and mutual agreement.

· Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, a smart phone, computer, and a suitable environment for making calls.

3. Work-From-Home Telecaller

• Work remotely from your home.

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on experience and suitability.

• Additional performance-based incentives.
