📋 Job Overview:

• Job Profile: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

• Gender Eligibility: Female Only

• Shift Timings: Strict Day Shifts Only (Safe, secure, and professional corporate environment)

• Job Location: C-123, Pandav Nagar Complex, Ganesh Nagar, East Delhi (Delhi - 110092)

• Employment Status: Direct Company Payroll (On-payroll position under Quickcred LLP)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to brief customers about the company’s financial services and products.

• Efficiently address and resolve customer queries with a professional and polite attitude.

• Maintain systematic calling records, track customer feedback, and update internal databases daily.

• Meet daily connectivity and calling targets as defined by the team lead.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply).

• Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic understanding of English.

  • Active listening skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and data entry (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
