Job Description – Telecaller

Designation: Telecaller
Location: Pune
Department: Sales
Reporting To: General Manager

Role Purpose

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting leads and databases provided by the company, understanding customer requirements, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call all leads and customer data provided by the company on a daily basis.

• Contact potential customers and introduce Luxelan's interior design and execution services.

• Understand the customer's requirements, including property type, location, project status, budget, and expected timeline.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

• Generate and schedule appointments/site visits for the Sales team.

• Follow up regularly with interested and existing leads.

• Maintain accurate records of every call, follow-up, and customer interaction in the CRM/system.

• Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, Follow-up, Not Interested, or Invalid.

• Ensure timely follow-up to avoid lead leakage.

• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding qualified leads and scheduled appointments.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.

• Share daily calling reports and lead status with the reporting manager.

• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive brand image of Luxelan.

• Collect feedback from leads and update the database accordingly.

• Reconnect with old leads and dormant customers for potential business opportunities.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and calling reports.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

• Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Real Estate, Interior Design, Home Improvement, or Luxury Services.
