Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their interior requirements, explaining our services, generating interest, scheduling appointments/site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Handle incoming enquiries professionally and provide relevant information.

• Understand customers' requirements, property type, location, budget, and project timeline.

• Explain interior design services, packages, and solutions to potential clients.

• Generate qualified leads and identify genuine business opportunities.

• Schedule site visits, showroom visits, and appointments with the sales/design team.

• Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.

• Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth lead conversion.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Maintain good relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Knowledge of interior design, real estate, modular kitchen, furniture, or home improvement sales is an added advantage.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, Real Estate, Interior Design, or related fields.

Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Qualification

Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
