About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Business Development Executive who can support our growth initiatives without a target-based model. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with a natural ability to build professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and new client segments.

·        Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

·        Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.

·        Support the senior management team in business development activities and follow- ups.

·        Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

·        Maintain documentation and reports related to business activities.

Requirements:

·        Female candidate preferred (as per role requirement).

·        MBA preferred (Marketing/Business/General Management).

·        0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Client Coordination, or related roles.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Good presentation and negotiation abilities.

·        Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

·        Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
