Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential leads, persuade customers to purchase, and convert prospects into clients

Inbound Query Handling: Respond to customer calls, address complaints, and provide accurate information.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all conversations, inquiries, and customer data in the CRM system.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly performance targets for calls, leads, and sales.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers, following up on leads to ensure satisfaction.
