Job Summary
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers, providing information about products, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain products and services clearly and confidently
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum high school diploma (any graduate preferred)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Customer-focused attitude and active listening skills
