Job Title: Telecaller
Location: A-100 Sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station 16)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters from provided databases
Clearly explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and impact
Encourage donations, memberships, or participation in campaigns
Handle inbound calls and respond to donor queries professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and contributions
Follow up with interested donors and maintain long-term relationships
Meet daily/weekly call and fundraising targets
Ensure a positive and respectful communication tone at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Passion for social work and NGO causes
