We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to handle outbound calls, explain our products/services, generate quality leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional calling approach.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products and services clearly
Generate leads and follow up regularly
Maintain call records and customer details accurately
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Follow company calling and compliance guidelines
Minimum 6 months of telecalling / sales experience
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)
Confident speaking ability and professional phone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling records)
Target-oriented and positive attitude
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
₹15,000 per month (Fixed)
