Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales, referrals, field visits, and promotional activities.
Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria to customers clearly and accurately.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect and verify customer documentation required for credit card applications.
Ensure proper submission of applications and follow up until approval.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries professionally.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and KYC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or credit card sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Basic knowledge of financial products and banking procedures.
