We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at Shankar Distributor. The role focuses on expanding the client base, servicing existing clients, Order Collection & Sales Growth through Internal staff Tracking. The position offers ₹8000 - ₹14000 (Negotiable) and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Dedicated & Experienced Telecaller needed for Sales Cold Calling from Directory, Order Collection, Payment follow up, Marketing Staff & CRO Performance tracking & goods receipt confirmation.
All activities to be carried out for 2 separate verticals and product categories.
Well versed in Oriya, Hindi and English (Read+Write+Speak).
Excel and Word Mandatory.
Daily reporting required of daily call volume (benchmark 60–100 calls per day), call connect rate, average talk time, conversion rate, and after-call wrap-up time, etc. & Order Collection alongwith CRO Followup.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
