## Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Life & Health Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, explaining suitable life and health insurance products, and scheduling follow-ups or transferring qualified leads to the sales team. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential for success in this role.

## Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads.

• Introduce and explain life and health insurance products in a clear and professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Schedule appointments or connect interested customers with insurance advisors.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to address queries and encourage policy purchases.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

• Stay updated on company products, insurance regulations, and market trends.

## Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 0.6–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

## Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused attitude with active listening skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Ability to work with CRM software and maintain accurate records.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve performance targets.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in life or health insurance, banking, financial services, or BPO/telecalling.

• Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices is an added advantage.
