Do you love talking to people and turning a simple call into a real opportunity? Join The Real Estate Hub as a Telecaller and become the voice that helps families find their dream homes and investors find the right property.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients: introducing our projects, understanding what they need, and setting up the site visits that lead to sales. If you are confident on the phone, persuasive and target-driven, we would love to hear from you.

🔹 What you will do

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors, and introduce our real estate projects.

• Identify and qualify leads from online enquiries, referrals and advertisements.

• Explain project details clearly: pricing, location, amenities and investment potential.

• Schedule property viewings, meetings and site visits with the sales team.

• Follow up regularly with prospects to answer questions and move them towards booking.

• Handle client concerns and objections professionally and help close sales.

• Log every call and conversation accurately in the CRM system.

• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits and conversions.

• Stay updated on property trends, market conditions and competitor offerings.

• Share regular reports with the Sales Manager on leads, conversions and progress.

🔹 What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

• Experience in telecalling, telesales or customer service, preferably in real estate. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

• A confident, friendly and persuasive telephone manner.

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate politely.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player.

• Attention to detail and disciplined follow-up.

• Knowledge of real estate terms and market trends is an added advantage.

• Clear KRA / KPI-based reviews and annual appraisal

• Growth path into Sales Executive and senior sales roles

• Hands-on training on projects, sales scripts and CRM tools

• A professional, energetic and supportive team in the heart of Surat
