Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets
Handle customer objections politely and professionally

Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior Telecalling experience is a plus (freshers can apply)
