Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for Project One & Vegas, Noida – Sector 60 for an International BPO process.

The role involves handling customer interactions through International Voice and Chat Process for a US Telecom process.

Process: Go Magenta – US Telecom

Chat/Voice Ratio: 90% Chat & 10% Voice

Shift: 10 Hours

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Cab Facility: Not Provided

Eligibility

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Minimum 6 months International BPO Voice experience required for the International Voice role.

For the International Chat process, minimum 1 year of International Chat Process experience is required.

Only candidates with relevant International BPO experience will be considered.

Good communication and customer-handling skills preferred.

Salary

CTC: ₹46,250 per month

In-Hand: ₹35,800 per month

Interview Process

First Round Interview will be conducted virtually, except for Hyderabad candidates.

Preferred Candidates

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates with International BPO Voice/Chat experience.

Candidates comfortable working in rotational shifts.
