Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand per month

Veda Group is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.

• Explain the company's products and services professionally.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database.

• Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments when required.

• Handle customer queries politely and effectively.

Requirements

• Good communication skills .

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
