Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our financial services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi and basic English communication required.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
