We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Property Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
Explain property features, pricing, offers, and project details.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
