Handling Objections: Persuasively addressing customer concerns or grievances while maintaining patience and a positive attitude.
Sales Closure: Following up on initial contacts to nurture leads and convert them into successful sales.

Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing taxation data, preparing complex reports, and providing technical support for the CompuTax (CompuOffice) software suite. This role requires a blend of technical data proficiency and a solid understanding of taxation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Taxation Support: Assist in the processing of ITR, GST, and TDS filings using CompuTax software.
Data Management: Clean, organize, and analyze large client datasets using Advanced Excel to ensure seamless integration with taxation modules.
Reporting & MIS: Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for business performance and compliance monitoring.
Reconciliation: Perform detailed data reconciliations (e.g., GSTR-2B vs. Purchase Register) using complex Excel formulas and pivot tables.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot software-related queries and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted filing processes.
