Telecaller – Sales

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, promote products/services, and drive product sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote and explain company products/services to customers.

• Generate product sales through telephonic communication and follow-ups.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

• Convert leads into potential customers and sales opportunities.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

• Maintain and update customer and lead records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and business development team.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and sales.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Good convincing and sales skills.

• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
