Job Description – Lead Generation Executive (Sales)

Company: NLVD Assurance (OPS) Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector-2, Noida (Near Noida Sector 15 Metro Station)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining life insurance products, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Introduce and explain life insurance products to customers.

• Generate interested leads and forward them to the sales team.

• Maintain daily calling records and update lead status.

• Achieve daily lead generation targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers during calls.

Job Details

• Process: Life Insurance (Lead Generation)

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed)

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives

• Attendance Bonus available

• Cab Facility available on selected routes

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 10th Pass or above

• Age: 18 – 30 years

• Language: Hindi speaking required

• Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply

Skills Required

• Good communication skills

• Basic convincing ability

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to achieve targets
