Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range : ₹12,000 to ₹17,000+ Incentive (Depends on skills)
🔶 Job Overview
A Tele Caller in the Exhibition Stall Industry is responsible for generating business from companies participating in trade shows, expos, and exhibitions. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding stall requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized booth solutions.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify companies participating in upcoming exhibitions and expos.
Research potential clients through websites, exhibitor lists, LinkedIn, and industry directories.
Contact prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
2. Client Interaction & Sales
Understand client requirements regarding stall size, design concepts, branding, and budget.
Present company portfolio, previous stall designs, and service offerings.
Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
3. Coordination with Internal Teams
Brief designers regarding the client’s concept and branding vision.
Coordinate with the production/fabrication team for timelines and deliverables.
Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and project updates.
4. Exhibition Project Management
Update clients on stall progress before and during the event.
Ensure timely setup, installation, and dismantling of stalls.
Provide on-site support if required during exhibitions.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain a daily sales tracker and update client data.
Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, negotiations, and closures.

Strong communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Ability to understand design concepts and explain them clearly
Basic knowledge of exhibitions, events, or BTL marketing
Relationship-building and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
🔷 Eligibility / Qualifications
Any graduate (Marketing or Business background preferred)
Experience in Exhibition Stall Sales / Event Sales / Advertising Sales is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
