Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the system.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Meet daily and monthly call/lead targets.
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude during calls.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
Collaborate with the sales team to close leads.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle customer rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
