We are looking for a Telecaller to join in our team at LOAN HUB. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers a remuneration of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per Month along with ample opportunities of career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling and Identifying prospective Customers in the market.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular interaction.
Promote specified / non specified products and services offerings that align with customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is at least 10th and preferably 1 to 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, with or without help of the seniors and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
