Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and confident Tele-Callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments where required.

• Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets accurately.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Hindi communication required; English knowledge is an added advantage.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers can apply

• Prior tele-calling or sales experience preferred but not mandatory
