📞 Telecaller (Award Coordination / Calling)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our team at [Your Organization Name – ISRHE / Conference World]. The role involves calling and coordinating with potential awardees, explaining award opportunities, and building professional relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and convincing approach, and the ability to engage professionals over calls.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Call and connect with shortlisted candidates for award nominations
• Explain award details, benefits, and event information clearly
• Maintain a professional and respectful communication tone
• Follow up with interested candidates and handle queries
• Maintain records of calls, responses, and conversions
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth processing
🔹 Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in telecalling / sales / coordination
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
🔹 Additional Details:
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Modinagar / Ghaziabad
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days
💰 Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹16,500 per month (Based on experience + incentives)
