Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Developing new client base from the portfolio. Targeting SME & Corporate clients.
· Conduct calls to book meetings with potential clients interested.
· Prepare and send company proposal to the client interested.
· Maintaining the client data & feedback given by the client
· Establish effective communication network and working closely with all internal teams and other supporting groups.
· Follow-up regarding meeting & deal.
· Ensure strict adherence of sales process & internal procedures
· Will work closely with the digital marketing team and generate leads.
· Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
· Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
· Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
· Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
· Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
· Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
· Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
· Graduate from any stream
Language:
· Should know English/Hindi/Marathi with proficiency in reading/writing/ speaking
