Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

   • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

   • Attend inbound queries and assist customers with required information.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

   • Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

   • Maintain regular follow-up with customers until closure.

3. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

   • Handle customer concerns politely and provide timely resolutions.

4. Product/Service Explanation

   • Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.

   • Share offers, pricing, and updates as needed.

5. Database & Record Management

   • Update CRM/records with accurate customer details and call responses.

   • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

6. Achievement of Targets

   • Work towards daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

   • Support team objectives and contribute to growth.

7. Professional Communication

   • Maintain a courteous tone throughout calls.

   • Improve call scripts and communication skills based on feedback.

8. Reporting & Coordination

   • Prepare call logs, follow-up schedules, and performance reports.

   • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for conversions.
