Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other channels.
Respond to customer queries about trips, treks, pricing, itineraries, availability, and inclusions.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but have not booked.
Explain trip details clearly and help customers choose suitable packages.
Share booking links, payment details, itineraries, and other required information with customers.
Maintain and update lead and booking records in Google Sheets/CRM.
Track daily enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and pending payments.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer bookings and trip requirements.
Identify opportunities to increase bookings through upselling and cross-selling of trips and activities.
Build good relationships with customers and provide a positive pre-trip experience.
Collect customer feedback and share important issues or suggestions with the team.
Assist with sales campaigns, promotional offers, WhatsApp broadcasts, and social media lead generation.
Meet assigned daily/weekly sales and conversion targets.
Support the team during peak booking periods and before trip departures.
Perform other sales and business-development activities as assigned by the team.
