We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Provide information about products/services and explain their benefits
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers
Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
Maintain and update customer databases
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills
Good communication skills (verbal and listening)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Patience and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
