Job Description
FlyDreams is looking for a dynamic and confident Publishing Sales Executive who can manage author leads, handle sales calls, and follow up with clients until successful onboarding and payment completion.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, sales understanding, and the ability to build trust with potential authors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with interested authors
Explain publishing packages and services professionally
Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp
Convert inquiries into paid publishing projects
Maintain lead records in CRM/Google Sheets
Coordinate with the internal team after client onboarding
Ensure smooth communication till payment and onboarding completion
Build long-term relationships with authors and clients
🔹 Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Minimum 6 months–2 years experience in sales/counselling/telecalling
Strong follow-up and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/CRM handling
Professional and confident personality
Experience in publishing, education, or service sales is a plus
