Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain features and benefits of Loan and Credit Card products.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in the system.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide proper product information.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic knowledge of loans, credit cards, or financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to convince and handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge.
